Yes it was a fabulous Friday morning in Edmonton. We came, we ran, our sweat froze… Some of our local bad-asses even went for a speed skate after running hills.
We missed our fearless leader and local tourism expert, Nadim, as he goes to represent our tribe in the World famous Winnipeg River Skate Race Thing. Jen is going as well and I think it might be her 4th time skating, ever. With our city’s pride on the line, I thought they could use some tips to pull away from the pack. Go get ‘em kids!
