#BFD

NOVEMBER PROJECT QUEEN CITY ,

If you didn’t know now you know November Project is a community built off one thing #VERBAL. As a free fitness movement, it does not cost you a cent, all we ask is you are in integrity and once you drop that verbal you #justshowup.

When you don’t show up the tribe notices and we F’n miss you

Trust us we get it 6AM isn’t always easy to get up for but when you roll in and see the tribe ready to bounce we can guarantee you won’t regret it!

BFD

Aside from that, a BFD happened last weekend, you may have noticed through social media the Shivak family attended November Project Winnipeg. If you haven’t asked them about their experience you should – they have lots of memorable moments from the morning. One being Mama Shiv claims she dusted her family sprinting past them as she was charging for the stairs. Oh yeah, shout out to the man of the hour, Mark Alward, for the round of coffees. In true NP style we decided to host a very similar workout this morning to see if the verdict was true.

When Deb Smith is back we all smile [or try to at least while saying PEACHES]

ANNOUNCMENTS

Special shoutout to our Wednesday Warrior. Happy birthday to Ryan Cox, he shows up every Wednesday, pushes himself passed his limits and embraces the hard work by meeting up for A&W breakfast (south Albert) with the squad. Like we said earlier, we are still not sure if he #justshowsup for the breakfast special or the workout. Nonetheless, happy birthday big guy! If you see Ryan today give him a BIG birthday hug.

Finally – if you did not show up this morning set your alarm for 5:00AM next Wednesday and also tell a friend, your mom, your brother, or your aunt – we have announced a recruiting challenge and you will not want to miss out.

until next time Queen City

as always much love from the three of us
