Bienvenue November Project Montréal [MTL]

November Project Montréal - April 12 2017

Bonjour Montréal
Ça va bien? CRISSE OUI!

On this 12th day of April 2017, the 34th November Project Tribe was born on a rainy morning in Montréal, Québec CANADA.

Our friends, classmates, workmates, neighbours, running crew brothers/sisters, and a bunch of strangers gathered for November Project Montréal’s first official workout in beautiful Old Montréal. The setting was perfect. Spring was blooming and so were we!

On this first day of the 2017 NHL Playoffs where the only thing in the local news was Game one of the Montréal Canadiens vs. New York Rangers series, Montréal came together and brought on positivity, sweat and hugs to the island at 6 29am EST. The vibe was out of this world! The tribe was clearly out to have loads of fun! All we need now is another Stanley Cup and Montréal will have it all!!!

In honour of our arrival as an official November Project tribe in Canada, a Great Canadian Burpee Challenge was also held today between the Canadian tribes. #tribelove A whopping total of 2222 burpees were done in Montréal – averaging 65.4 burpees per beautiful, sweaty, strong tribe member. Our winner Raul busted out a total 115 burpees in 7 minutes! Sebastian would be proud.

Thanks again to the other 7 Canadian tribes for making this day special for us. We felt the love from British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. We send love and hugs back 🙂

To fellow tribe members, we can’t say how much we are so glad you’re here. This tribe would never be what it is without you. Can’t wait for more of our beloved friends and neighbours to come experience November Project Montréal! We got some asses to kick.

Like we say in Montréal: “Bisous”
