Every AM workout with November Project puts smiles on faces, I think we can all agree. Some mornings those smiles shine just a little brighter than others. This morning it rained, you all said fuck it, and showed up anyway. Hear that NP World, we are WEATHERPROOF! You owned the rain, and your laughter lit up Balboa. For those visiting from other cities, for those who showed up for the first time, and for those that hold it down on a weekly basis – you’re crushing it.

We call this a movement and not just a workout for a reason. At 7:30am, you leave the tribe, but the vibe follows you throughout your day. Everyone sitting inside today, when you need a smile, just think about that office chair… “CH CH”

No need to wax poetically about the power of community and the magic of connection today – we all know it’s there for us every Monday and Wednesday morning. Today, to match the unbelievable vibe of the morning, I’ll leave you with a quote from one of my favorites, Theodor Geisel, aka Dr. Seuss…
