What can you do for 5 minutes?
You can sit through a set of commercials – how many of you actually watch commercials anymore? Are you like me and everything is PVR’d so you don’t have to watch the commercials?
You can drive around and around the Costco parking lot on a Saturday afternoon looking for parking – not a fun activity.
You can stare at a blank computer screen wondering what to write for your final paper/blog post/email – I’ve experienced many of those moments.
This morning you also proved that you can get a lot done in 5 minutes. I love these self-paced workouts because you are in charge of your own effort. Een though you can take a break whenever you want rarely do any of you take that break. The push is continuous. You inspire one another to work a little harder. You keep pace with your neighbour, jump a little higher, crunch a little tighter, squat a little deeper – because you know you can do anything for 5 minutes!
