What are you training for?

Holy shit you guys crushed PR Day this morning.  We saw some damn hard work out on that hill, and the support and encouragement to match.  But really, why do we put in all that hard work?  For personal satisfaction?  To tackle goals?  In preparation for a race or athletic competition?  Maybe for a little more confidence, and pep in your step?

Whatever you’re training for, excellent, keep it up.  All you ever need is your own goals and reasons.  But in case you want more motivation, and another reason to work hard at November Project, we have a few FREE events/races coming up…

Southwest Collision Course:

September 16th, San Diego meets Los Angeles meets Phoenix, in the middle of the desert, to eat, drink, race, and be happy.  Follow the event link for all the info.  Please RSVP ONLY if you plan on attending.  We need to get a list of participants together to coordinate logistics(food, pace times, space, etc).

Kelp Triathlon & KaboBBQ:

Ever done a triathlon?  How about a free one?  The Kelp Kabobs are hosting a FREE triathlon and BBQ.  Whether you’re an experienced triathlete, first timer, single sport athlete, or just a fan of food, drinks, and friends, this event is for you.

Don’t understand what any of this means?  Ask questions!  We’re here to help!
