Didn’t read the blog a few weeks ago about how The worst days are the best days? Well I get a little extra pep in my step when I open the door to head to November Project and there is something happening outside. Rain//snow//ice//extreme humidity? It is all what makes the #weatherproof part of this movement fun and different not to mention badass. SO that was what my bounce was about this morning – I was excited because there was some weather outside that makes you want to jump back into bed BUT YOU DON’T because a)you’re a badass b)people are counting on you c) MAYBE JUST MAYBE you dropped a verbal, but did you (??) because we are really not doing nearly enough of that d) November Project is fun and you’ll be stronger as a result of showing up. Now you can read the blog (link above) from the surprisingly chilly single digit days of March and tuck that into your pocket for a few months from now when its approximately one million degrees and we are dripping sweat as soon as the alarm clock goes off at zero dark:30 AM.
SO maybe today turned out less #weatherproof than I anticipated at 6:29 but it looked like it might be pretty wet and you all still showed up, raced up the grassy hills then got up the “inside hill” of Patterson Park and #earnedyourweekend like only we know how. This morning was sponsored by hill sprints on hill sprints. Guess what, you’ll be stronger and faster as a result, yay! We also welcomed friends from DC, PHL, LA/NP nomad and maybe more that I couldn’t keep track of. Not to mention there have been approximately 10-15 newbies this week, YES YES YES!! MORE OF THAT! +VERBALS!
