You were there when we bounced with a BOOP
You were there when we cheered in the rear
Why you were there when we sprinted and dashed
You were even there when the RCMP gave a little flash
You were there when we engaged our glutes
You were there when we threw down with big cahoots
You showed up alone, not knowing no one
But high fiving and lunging alongside someone quite fun
Making your morning that much lovin’
Made for a day much more goal crushin’

And ohh yes what a bummer
But want to know something funner
Wednesdays are not rare
