KNEE TAPS (4.7.17)

Weeeeee made it to April! Actually, we are a week into April and we have yet to acknowledge that in the blog. Emotions have been high this week with thank you’s, I’m sorry’s and love notes. We wanted to thank everyone that participated in the March tribe workout competition. I think we were all pretty entertained with the workouts and there were so many more awesome ones to choose from. If you weren’t at the workout on Wednesday, we have GOLD NUGGETS of appreciation for you to hold near and dear to your hearts forever and ever. If I can remember to bring them this week, we will hand them out again!

The tribe earned their weekend this morning by running up the hill we call home, coincidentally called BALTIMORE street. We played some knee tapping games and somehow miraculously avoided any collisions minus the Pat-Bryson-smash during the explanation. Somehow the game still managed to be pulled off with some healthy competition and there were no broken bones, that we are aware of…

We hand delivered some #loveletters of appreciation and thanks to the neighbors at Baltimore & Linwood with promises of keeping our noise more at a whisper. It’s important to remember the fact that 0630 is early, for some people, or late for others (hi night shifters!!) and we want to be a force of POSITIVE in the neighborhood, not of frustration. THANKS for helping us spread some of the EXUBERANCE from November Project.

LOVE NOTE

While I still am on the baby steps end of this #technologylearningcurve I appreciate the tribes patience and even more so Gio’s presence and ability to make us all look flawless, strong and not a blurry mess on a regular basis.
