It’s November. This is the only time in the year that the name kinda makes sense to a person who is hearing about it for the first time. Where people say “why is it called November project” or “why are you talking to me about an event that happens in November… when it’s June?” Right now it’s November and we still do November Project. And we do November Project in December, and January, all the way to September, October and November again.
This movement started in November…
Six years ago…
The start of a movement that has spread to 44 cities across 8 countries…
For the purpose of getting people moving together…
To encourage human interaction with other souls in their cities.
It now exists where every city will welcome you with open arms, no matter what your fitness level, age or state of mind…
This movement will probably leave you smiling, maybe one smile, maybe more….
Six years ago in November, was the start of something bigger than both the co-founders even realized…
November, six years ago, was the start of new friendships, new bonds, new goals, new accomplishments and new lifestyles.
Thank you to Bojan and Brogan for your dedication in the month of November and for holding each other accountable. Thank you for telling others about it. Thank you to the leaders who took the steps to start their own tribe in various cities. This worldwide movement would not have spread without you.
Finally, thank you to the tribe, for showing up every week, for welcoming newbies, for introducing yourself to someone new, even when it’s hard and you don’t feel like it. Today you made what could have just been an average Wednesday morning into much more than that. You made it into a Wednesday where you may have stepped outside your comfort zone, met some new people, and made the most of your day. Thank you for showing up this week to a surprise Scavenger Hunt and going with it. Thanks for including late comers onto your team and making them feel welcome. Thank you for showing up today and sharing your day, your workout and your morning with us. Go have a great week and share what you experienced- you never know who might just need this community.
Also, if you haven’t seen this yet, take 28 minutes when you can spare them, to watch this documentary about just a couple of the lives who have been impacted by November Project.
