Big ups to Paul & Steve for raising from the co-leader graveyard to take the Tribe on a rollercoaster of stairs up and down the Lyon St steps. Tribe, when you get a chance, make sure to thank Steve, Paul and our newest tribe member, Trevor, too… for what they have done in building and co-leading the Tribes in Los Angeles, New York and Hong Kong. We know that they will continue to help us build and strengthen this NPSF Tribe. We’re so glad you’re part of our Tribe. The Tribe is Strong!!!
POST RETIREMENT COMEBACK WISCONSIN NOTES
- Lyon Street Stairs: First word out of my mouth seeing them was an expletive and we’ll leave it at that because my mom is gonna read this.

- The workout: loved the giggles when everyone thought they only had two reps of everything. Who’s laughing now?

- No rich men called the Po. So… that’s good…

- There was a moment where Paul Leak was taking a photo of me while I was laying back on the ground taking photos of the tribe crushing stairs. If that isn’t peak leadership (being there for the tribe, but also with just the right amount of narcissism) I’m not sure what is. Still got it.

- The effort: monstrous. Like, smiles on faces covered in sweat monstrous. Good job Zip, you’ve whipped them into shape.
And before handing the torch back, I wanted to give a sincere thank you for everyone being so warm and stoked on Paul and I taking over for a moment. What I’ve come to find over my years at NP is that the willingness of the people to be welcoming and kind always propels the experience to the next level. I felt that next level this morning. So if you felt it too, remember what you did and repeat it every time you show up to November Project and beyond. Meet the new person, give an extra hug (or hi five! I fucking loved giving all the hi fives all morning), do the extra rep.
You’ve got something really special, NPSF. I’m glad you’re all here.
