Connect.

Connect.

Pretty simple.  Show up, work hard, have fun, and connect.  November Project was built on connection.  Thousands of people every week, around the world (44 cities) get together, meet for the first time or the 50th, and form a unique connection.  Our goal is to provide this city with a safe, comfortable, welcoming environment to meet new people, get motivated, step outside your comfort zone, find some accountability, and radiate positivity.  Don’t believe me?  No worries, I have direct examples:

-Kylee connects with Jeff – Ragnar Team Stupid Cancer is formed.
-Angelo connects with Lauren – Arlo is born.
-Tom connects with Holly – the world’s greatest llama bounce is created.
-NP connects with Knockaround – Adam becomes part of the family.
-Federico, Stephanie, Audrey, and many more connect – NPSD Coffee Hour is established.
-Mary connects with Alvaro – Justin DJ’s their wedding (and Kat’s wedding, and Sheri’s…)
-Mark is connected to his backpack – music is played, and top 10 lists are compiled.
-We all connect with the Pathmans – Our message that EVERYONE deserves to get out and move is spread.
-Injury deck connects with Mark, Mark fixes all injuries #PTeffect
-Ashleigh connects with Nick, Angie, Erik – Kelp Kabobs is formed.
-NPSD connects with Red, Trevor, and Shelby – NP Virginia Beach, Phoenix, and Portland are now Tribes.

To be honest, this list was almost too easy to come up with, and I had to cut it short, by A LOT.  Use November Project as a platform to connect, with yourself, with your community, with you city (and country, and world…).  In case you still don’t quite get it, we’re far more than a workout group.  Fitness facilitates community.  Community is what makes us all tick.  We get up for our community, we believe in and support our community, and with a little positivity and open-mind, our community becomes  happier, stronger, and brighter.

Keep it up, NPSD.  Make those connections.  TEXT/CALL/VIDEO your number today!
