A Different Kind of We Miss You

I want to take this time to highlight someone very special to our tribe. This morning we had the pleasure to make him our first tribe member to be awarded the PA twice, but if anyone deserves it, it is Lew. Some know him as Lew, or Joe, or Superman, or Wonder Woman, but whatever you know him as, you know him as a supremely positive, genuine, and selfless person who has likely impacted your NP experience whether you realize it or not.

Lew is one of our go-to babysitters, knows everyone’s name, works harder than most, works through pain like few I have ever seen, and is just overall an amazing person. He has impacted more lives, and built genuine relationships with nearly every member that #justshowsup to NP.

Tomorrow Lew will undergo hip replacement surgery, and he doesn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but we will miss him. I know he will recover from surgery like the CHAMPION he is. I think I speak for all of the tribe when I say, thank you for everything you do Lew, we want to wish you good luck tomorrow, a swift and painless recovery, and just know that we will be eagerly anticipating your triumphant return to Gracie on Wednesday mornings.

Side note – Lew is likely going to be pretty out of it tomorrow post-op, so send him well-wishes, but don’t expect a response IMMEDIATELY – it might take him a day or two.
