I Love Shamrock And Roll

March Madness may be consuming our workouts this month, but we still know how to celebrate a holiday! With St. Patrick’s Day this weekend, we put a little something together so let’s Shamrock and Roll!!!

A leprechaun holds a pot of gold and is ready to Shamrock and Roll
Come Get Your Pot Of Gold

While our Elite 8 has been chosen, we wanted to give our Sweet 16 one more spin around the pot of gold, so we’ve got all 16 moves here ready to go. How this works is we have eight match ups. Each match up will be paired with a song. You’ll do the first move during the verses and the second move during the chorus. Instrumental parts and bridges are fair game! You can do either move, or have a dance party or use it as a rest or throw another move in. . . whatever works! You can even pick your favorites from our Original Line Up of 32.

Make sense? Any questions? Let’s Go!!!

Now, Let’s Shamrock And Roll That Burnout!

There is one las bit of business left and that is our BURNOUT!!! So, for this burnout, we’re pouring one one for the BURPEE! It was the reigning champ for the last 2 years and was knocked out in the first round of voting! We’re going to honor the Burpee with our burnout. We’ve got one more song and move combo, so smash that play button on the Irish National Anthem and get in as many burpees as possible!

Have a great St Patrick’s Day this weekend folks!! We hope you have fun celebrating and let us know if you’ve got any fun races or events going on!! On the count of 3 here we go. . .
