The big 1-0 is coming up friends!
It’s getting exciting. What a journey it has been in the wee hours- all over the City of Champions.
I’ve had such incredible experiences and memories from my almost 9 years being part of the NP Canada community. You?
When I think about my beginning, I always think about our legacy co-leaders- Andrew, Jen, and Nadim.
None of us would be part of the NP Canada community if it wasn’t for them.
Those who have joined NP since the pandemic haven’t had a chance to be in the presence of these incredible leaders. I hope that the long lasting, impactful lessons they all passed on to me (thank you always and forever!) show up for you.
How we workout, play, show up for one another, leave everything aside and be present, push our limits, and more was really set by these incredible individuals.
Yes, I have my own style. I’m me. How I help to show up for you is very much influenced by some pretty high standards that were set for us all- 10 years ago. One thing I’ve tried to acknowledge and uphold, in my role as co-leader, is their legacy. They built the sandbox that we all have the great fortune of playing in…. every MWF morning. Lucky us!
Get ready. There will be a lot more nostalgic moments and memories from me as we round the corner to the big 1-0!
An acknowledgement and gratitude towards how we even got to be NP Canada is a pretty important one IMO. Many more to come…
