Sometimes, I think I’m really clever.
On these cold, dark mornings, having some music to add pep to our step was just amazing. Thanks Andrew for bringing the tunes.
I’m so glad to be back at it after a few sickness filled days. It’s flu season and well, it seems like most of our city is sick huh? I’m glad we are together… outside.
If you’re not your best, there’s no harm is taking a day off and coming back when you’re feeling great again. Let’s be mindful of one another as cold and flu season continues to ramp up friends!
