Tiny Feet (YEG)

Wouldn’t it be nice to be a dog? Sure there are downsides: your human leaves for work for what seems like years, you have to keep a dumb leash on, and you get scolded when you were very obviously protecting the house by barking at the scary mailman walking outside of your window. The positives: you get treats, you can nap whenever you like, are easily amused by dog toys, and you get to make humans smile. Wouldn’t it be nice? Heck as a doggo we could even chose to still #justshowup to a workout – just like this little one did today:

While we may not be able to actually live that dog life we as humans could learn a thing or two from them. This pup showed us how to always try our best. We all saw it’s little legs doing its darndest to make it up that hill. Constantly stopping to rest and needing some strong encouragement to make it even 10 feet. But gosh darn it that cute little one still did it!! This pup did what it could for 30mins. Now obviously all of the dogs this morning can not be matched in their cuteness but every single one of you humans did the same thing. You did your best, pushing yourself as far as you could this day. You showed up and gosh darn it you did it!!

Go chase a tennis ball, get a good head scratch in, enjoy your weekend, and we’ll see you Monday at 6am.

Keep being awesome,

Rob
