Let’s keep it short and sweet. I feel like I say it every November Project morning, but if you weren’t there, you missed out. Despite some rain and the over-flooded fountain, you all showed up in BRIGHT RAINBOW colors, ready to run your asses off and get dirty on the ground!
But don’t think the rainbow theme was a fortunate coincidence. Just showing up is always the first step – at November Project and in life. As we start this new year, remember that despite anything that life may throw at you – shitty luck, shitty life events, and yes, even shitty weather, don’t sit around and wait for things to turn around. Create your own rainbow. And be bright for yourself everyone around you.
Spread those vibes all around the world, NPSD. Just when I thought I couldn’t fall anymore in love with this tribe, you guys show up and have a day like this.

- MONDAY – We at Kate Sessions. 6:29 AM. Just show up and check out some of the BEST views in the city. And it’s MLK Day, so plan to join the Coffee Hour crew and make some friends!
- TEAM HOYT SD FUNDRAISING DINNER – Buy tickets here ($50 each), and come support Team Hoyt SD. They’ve been huge supporters for our tribe over the years, so come join us in supporting them! 40+ NPSDers already have tickets, and there’s a guest speaker you DO NOT want to miss! Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach, 6:30 PM.
- SUNDAY – Carlsbad Half and Full Marathon! A ton of people in our community NPSD and friends of NPSD are running, including Team Hoyt, so be sure to wish people luck and even show up and cheer if you have the morning!
