Race Day was rife with PRs!! As the unseasonably high temps fall, so do our race day times!!

(Hamilton already crushed his sit-ups, but is waiting for Mike to finish. What a great friend!!)
Lots of Announcements and coming ups, so let’s just get in to it!!
Friday – Workout will be on the North Meridian St. spoke of Monument Circle. The theme will be “Let’s Hear it For the Boys” as we will be sweating with our lululemon friends as they roll out their campaign to showcase the dudes. (Editors Note: Finally we are getting a little love here, amiright guys?!?!). That was a joke, but if you wish to complain please forward all complaints to Casey Seaton. Seriously though, there should be some good lulu swag as well as just a general great way to earn the weekend!! There is even an event page – #signup: not required #justshowup: mos def required.
Next Thursday will be our Croquet Roquet Social Event. Details here – that is free for the first 100 who register, but a ticket is required so sign up at the link.
Sunday, October 8th is the Brunch Run – We will be doing a November Project group “loosen up” workout prior to the run. We will also be tagging and we even have a special Brunch Run tag!!
Buffs – order needs to be submitted by October 15th. If you want a buff, please indicate on the spreadsheet attached an pay me (details on sheet). These are ordered one time, so if you miss out on this order, no buff on your stuff until next winter. Don’t miss out. $5 each. Google Doc HERE.
Mitten sized congratulations to Andy for winning the Positivity Award today!! Ever since he showed up, he was all in and has been a huge recruiter, advocate, and positive force in our tribe. His costumes are always second to none and he is the first to push everybody through Race Day or any workout for that matter. Much deserved, my man!

Thanks to Jaden for the great pics today and his help with tagging! And huge thanks to Tom for his tagging skills and speed. I think this may have been a record for number of shirts tagged…but he kept up. Love seeing these tags around the city and chances are they are Tom’s handy work. Thanks for all the help.
Side note: Lots of tags (great) means we are running out of paint (not the greatest). If you wish to donate a can to the cause, we would greatly appreciate that. Below is a picture of the type of paint we need. Believe it or not, make and texture DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE on how the paint dries and stays on the shirt after washing. So please make it Krylon – Flat Black – “25% More” can has the the white spray nozzle (not the red one, as that doesn’t spray as well).

(Krylon – Flat Black – 25% More Can – has the best nozzle)
Thanks so much for showing up and crushing it today!! You all earned this one!!
All the Love,
- Shaw
