Today was fun and awesome. It was for numerous reasons. I personally enjoyed the game of telephone. While none of us will ever really know the truth about BG and the oily duck, Tom the Skipper and his pirate friend, or whether Angelo was able to seduce LP with his tribal bird feather fluffing dance; it was fun to play along.
Even though we all show up for a early morning workout I want you to remember that there are a few other important things to keep in mind. This is a time to have some fun before your work day begins, to meet new friends, to explore our city, and to support each and every individual; from couch potato to Olympic athlete, and from injury deck to that annoyingly fast/healthy person who seems to complete 8 races a week.
This is not a boot camp. This is not a cult (?). This is not a run club. This is not a membership only group. This is a whole lot of things to a whole lot of different people. This is some thing special.
This is November Project.
