‘More Than Miles’: that’s the name of Lululemon’s current campaign, bringing their Test Trucks across Canada and the USA. And it’s fitting that this was the week that they showed up to November Project.
November Project is about so much more than miles. We are not defined by the miles we run, by the weight we lift or the number of burpees we can do in seven minutes. What matters, what defines us, is how much effort we put in, how much positivity and energy we share. This is about more than miles: it’s about the hugs we give, the friendships we make, the experiences we share and the impact that we have on the lives of those around us.
NPSUMMIT is the epitome of this. More than miles: this community, spans oceans and brings together people from multiple continents. They will be there in Boston this weekend. People from not just North America, but Europe and Asia too. People are travelling from Iceland, Serbia, Hong Kong and Malaysia to be there, and even as far away as distant Edmonton. The energy is going to be through the roof (to clarify, neither Harvard Stadium nor Mount Wachusett has a roof): feed off it, make new connections and make the most of this opportunity to experience the vibe of other tribes (and obviously gain dozens of new Instagram followers). Whilst the people around you may be strangers, they are also family. Have an amazing time, and don’t forget your sun cream!

- Next week (June 14th) is Seema’s last workout with us before she moves to Calgary. In honour of everything that she has brought to the tribe over the past 18 months and more, we sent her home with the Positivity Award today. Sadly she was missing for the group photo and we weren’t able to present it in front of everyone, but I promise you that it happened. We are heading to Pursuit OCR for a goodbye social on Tuesday 13th – if you’re coming, please message Kelly to confirm so that she can give concrete numbers for the booking.
