Why did you come to November Project this morning? To continue to celebrate the Oilers win? To do the hokey pokey? To run some fire drills amongst a deck of lunges, squats, pushups & situps? To explore your amazing city and catch a view of the sunrise? I am sure each of you can relate to at least a couple of the following reasons for choosing to just show up to a November Project workout:
- fitness
- community
- hugs
- high 5s
- family
Pretty sure Jenni shows up for all of the above. Whether running hills with her husband, running Commonwealth with her sister-in-law, or going down goat trail with her sons, you will always find Jenni with a big smile on her face. Meet Jenni!

How NP has made me a believer
NP is community minded: Love others. Know others. High Fives. Hugs. Birthday Boom. Body surf. Just show up.

Just Show up: Every time I show up it gets easier and there is more meaning in the why I show up! The reason’s are many: For my kids. With my kids. For my family. Building and sustaining relationships with the tribe members. For a friend. With a friend. Just one foot in front of the other, move that thang! Smiles. High fives. Hugs. Family Friendly. Ages 0 – 107 friendly. Random crazy fun that happens! Halloween costumes. Costumes any day. Feel like a kid again! Increase in energy. Increase in fitness. Talks. Encouragement. Inspiring atmosphere. Inspiring people. Positive people!

Weather-proof: Previous excuses disappear after -30 degrees at NP. I’m tougher. I’m weather-proof. Before, during and after the storm NP remains…

Edmonton Tribe leaders I salute you and leaders across the globe! You All rock!
I love you NP tribe!

This shit is real!
