Today was a salute to an inspirational human being. Ben O’Meara epitomized what the tribe is all about. His smile was infectious, his hugs were full of love, and his commitment was incredible.

We were fortunate to have Bill Monahan traverbal from Worcester this morning. Bill had one request, and it was to make sure that the hugs today were real because that’s how Ben hugged. The tribe clad in green and hockey gear, even some green hockey gear, definitely shared the love today.

We celebrated a man that woke up at 3am with his amazing wife Jenn, and drove 2 hours to come to a LA workout back in November. Much has been talked about the things that Ben loved. His wife, November Project, beer, and hockey. Now as many of you heard this morning, I’m not the most knowledgable hockey fan. I know the 1980 Olympic team because of Miracle, and I know the greatest youth sports team since the Little Giants, the Mighty Ducks. I remember being a kid and screaming along with the movie. Ducks fly together. No matter what, ducks fly together.

No matter what, The Tribe flies together. Ben, quack, quack, Quack, QUack, QUAck, QUACk, QUACK, QUACKQUACKQUACKQUACKQUUUUUAAAAAACCCCCCKKKKKKK!
Do good LA!
