Wisconsin Notes:
-Tom received the Shabooya – again.
-It rained
-We reflected on the things that matter
Tom showed up, again, like every week, twice a week. Without fail he wears grassroots gear, he never stops pushing himself, he hugs and smiles and high fives and learns names and that is all pretty awesome. Tom represents NP in every way we could ask. Congratulations Tom and thanks for joining us!

Friday morning we will be at the Ledge, Leg? How do we want to spell it? Either way, see you at 6:14 for a bounce and a 30ish minute run and maybe a little extra burnout for those who are feeling ambitious.

Today we started the workout with a moment to explain and reflect on the heartbreaking loss that the November Project world experienced this past weekend. Ben O’Meara was an NP wooster and NP Boston tribe member and supporter of the global movement, he tragically passed away this past weekend. Ben was a person who loved those around him and his positive energy was endearing and infectious. He hugged strangers and friends tightly and made them feel good, he supported every tribe and every pledging tribe, he loved his wife immensely and he showed his joy and love of life daily. Ben will be missed by many people. Today in Winnipeg we put a reminder out to take a moment to think about showing love to those close to us, to show positivity and to try to live fully and with passion. Renee had a card to sign (thank you Renee), if anyone missed it and would like to sign it, please do so on Friday at the Legislative workout, 6:14 AM.
Do something nice this week, you’ll be better for it.
