First off I would like to say Welcome back to the NP Virginia Beach blog. It has been longer than I would care to admit since we last matched a blog to a workout photo album. BUT. either way just like an old tribe member who we have not seen for reasons we do not know.. IT. IS. OKAY. We will welcome you and the blog back with open arms.
Recap of May 3rd, 2017. Today we remembered and shared the story of, Ben O’Meara, a dedicated husband, tribe member of November Project Boston / Worcester / the entire movement, and overall wonderful human who was loved by many.

NP will always be bigger than just free fitness. NP is family.
So today with NPSUMMIT – 36 days away. We Just Showed Up, Hugged, Ran, Sweat, & Smiled. We left stronger, closer to each other, & more fit then when we showed up. We ran our version of Harvard Stadium on our beautiful mountain called trashmore.

There were many instances today were I saw people reaching out and encouraging people to get up the hill, to push just a little harder, or just walk with each other for a little bit while you caught your breath. That is exactly what drives people to come back for more. Nobody shows up to be alone.

Katharina took home the positivity award because she always has a smile on her face, is always willing to give advice, & always pushes herself (& others) to achieve their goals. Thank you Katharina – We are so glad you’re here (pls don’t leave us in August).

One more thing. We will be having a 615AM pop-up workout this Friday at the Oceanfront! Spread the word and spread some love. See y’all Friday Morning — look for the details to come out sometime tomorrow (Thursday -may the 4th be with you!)
Love, Red
