Remember that really cool girl who came all the way from Baltimore for a weekend simply because she wanted to visit Edmonton and the November Project Canada tribe…well today Sydney led her final November Project Baltimore workout. Leading a November Project tribe is a true honour and I am completely confident that if you were to ask any current or alumni leader from any of the 33 NP cities across the world they would say that this gig is the greatest thing they’ve ever said YES to.

I am so lucky to lead with two really great guys…one happens to be my brother so I kind of have to say that, the other, well, he’s now like a brother so I also kind of have to say that. The cool thing about November Project, regardless of leading or not, is that people come into your life you would have never met had it not been for NP. Not sure that everyone knows this but Andrew and I didn’t know Nadim before November Project – our paths only crossed because he chose to show up at that first Edmonton NP popup, and, here we are today. I’m leading the bounce and stair workout in -23 weather in Edmonton, Andrew’s biking along the Pacific Coast Highway (+12 although there is a coastal flood warning) and Nadim’s hiking in Maui (+20)…ummmm…wait a minute…

The other cool thing about November Project is that you absolutely do not need a leader title to be a leader at NP. We see this every morning in Edmonton from Steven or Katie taking photos, SexySeumas and Tyler leading circuit groups, Rachel dropping month-long verbals, Summit babysitters, Dayle sharing her baking skills, the advent of the Croissant Run Clue & OMC (aka Old Man Coffee), and the list could go on and on – just like me before the group picture as Andrew enjoys pointing out on a regular basis 😉 There are so many ways to contribute and lead within the tribe…thank you all for making this tribe so incredibly strong – we do not do this alone!

Speaking of leadership, every year November Project leaders from all over the world converge on a city for this crazy, exhausting, inspiring weekend called – November Project Summit. We also all bring many tribe members with us also add to the overstimulating, overwhelming, over-the-top everything of the weekend! DRUM ROLL PLEASE….SAVE THE DATE….this year’s summit will be held in…wait for it…
