It’s a common theme around the country, people running and being happy about it. What the F@#K is wrong with all these people? 🙂 Actually, we in Sacramento think everyday should be a happy running day! Today, was no different when it came to working out and having fun. The group gathered at the West Steps of the Capitol at 6:25AM, with all the co-leaders present. The last couple of weeks co-leader Chris was missing in action due to some lame excuse of being stranded somewhere. Nonetheless the awesome triple threat of Haley, Stephanie and Chris were present.
With the group gathering for National Running Day, we thought it would be appropriate to mix in some running, wall squats, planks and spray painting. Members of the Sacramento Tribe brought out their t-shirts to tag with the November Project stencil today. It was one of the stations in the workout for today. Members ran a short loop, then did wall squats and planks before moving onto the shirt spraying area. The process repeated with individual members spraying their shirts, while the others ran and completed the strength exercises.
