The blog is late. The blog is really f-ing late. So late I’m not even sure what happened at the workout this morning. Or that may be due to the spray paint fumes.
Either way…here goes:
– we tagged November Project shirts (not Project November).
– we set PRs.
– we had BOS visitors and their mothers.
– one person threw up.
– and we had way too many Mikes.
We also sent off our Rock N Roll half and full marathoners. Get out there and represent on Sunday! First one to get a #verbal from Meb wins a prize.
