WISCONSIN NOTES
For the time being, Monday mornings’ location will no longer rotate. It will be at 56th street and Camelback each week until otherwise noted. Come ready to run hills.
Arizona Statehood Day is coming up. Start brushing up on your Arizona history.
Nick continues to Go West. We are going to miss you buddy. Thanks for teaching us to #wakeup and #dobetter. Good luck in SF. We are always here if you need us.
– RECRUIT. RECRUIT. RECRUIT. Please contact me if you have ideas about recruiting new members OR if you would be willing to hit up ASU with flyers. I’ll make them.

YIPEE!!!!
It is finally February.
Which means that the best time of the year in the valley is upon us and these cold miserably dark mornings are nearly over. Trevor and I will finally be able to see your lovely faces again. We will not longer be accidentally running into one another as we all race around Wyatt or accidentally smack each other in the face with missed high fives.
This weekend marks the turn of the season (since we don’t technically have them) from darkness into light – otherwise known as the BEST SEASON EVER in Arizona.
When I lived in Seattle everyone just seemed to know/believe that you just had to endure the rain until Fourth of July weekend as without fail it marked the beginning of a glorious summer and the end of the rainy season. It was like the entire country was throwing a party for the state of Washington as it took it’s turn as the best place in the country to be for the next three months.
That is how Phoenix Open/Superbowl Weekend is here in Phoenix. It’s like one big party as we transition into our glory months.
So, don’t worry tribe. There might be a few more dark mornings, but you can bet after this weekend you will start waking up to the birds chirping and the sun ever so gently willing you from your bed. You’ll feel happier and more energized as you move your whole life outside for baseball, drinking, hiking, or whatever your little heart desires. Oh. and you’ll no longer have to make excuses to your family and friends for why your face and legs are so bruised.
Looking forward to actually seeing you soon!
Peace, love and cacti,
Jackie
P.S. After I wrote this, I kinda thought I had already written it. Turns out I had.
