Free Fitness Movement. All you need to do is show up!
Well, currently, in 33 cities and growing around the world, that is where you’ll find November Project to workout and hangout with while traveling.
Noteworthy: search #NP_Pledge and join more fierce workouts with good people in over a dozen cities that are building strong communities in their town. They work hard, play hard and are just as weatherproof. Proud and excited for wild things growing with NP Pledge groups. #Worldtakeover is real.
Maybe you’ve seen it in the comments sections of your Instagram. “Oh my GOD. Your hair is #goals. Your dress is #goals. Your life is #goals.” Jake Lloyd DEFINITELY has seen all three. In an attempt to not sound trite and call this a New Year’s resolution post, let’s talk about goals. We set the bar high in 2016. For a look back at our incredible year, see our recap.
Louis Armstrong had it fucking right you guys, we do live in a wonderful world. My world is made all the more wonderful every Monday, Wednesday and Friday BECAUSE of November Project. If you’re pissed, if you’re devastated, if you’re elated – JUST SHOW UP, we’ll be there and I GUARANTEE you will feel better leaving than you did when you arrived (endorphins, man).
