Did you know that today is “World Meteorological Day”? If you made it in time for this morning’s bounce at the Canadian Museum of History you do! And fittingly, this morning upon checking the temperature before leaving the house I spotted that Meteorological Services of Canada had issued a “Special Weather Statement”, warning of: rain, freezing rain, and a possible mix of snow and ice pellets. For those reading this Blog from outside of the Ottawa area, this time of year is often referred to as “False Spring”, because truly, any type of weather is possible, even within just one day. It always makes me think of the Crowded House song, Four Seasons in One Day…I’m definitely dating myself with that one lol
However, we ARE Weatherproof, and there is something very satisfying about seeing the layers get peeled off as the workout heats up! We were lucky to be spared from the precipitation this morning, but this crew would’ve showed up anyways. It’s what we do!

Next week we make history by completing the final week of Museum Month. We are so happy to finish the month off at our favourite little hidden gem of a museum, the BYTOWN Museum. PR Day resumes after a 3 month hiatus! Don’t worry if you’re feeling a little rusty, it will automatically be a PR for 2022. Also, let us know your thoughts on how Museum Month went!
