The tribe loves the new PR Wednesday!
The sun was shining, our eyes were burning from sweat and sweet victory this morning. The sweet victory of PR Wednesday that is! Our newest (and hopefully permanent) Wednesday location has served us well. Yelling out to strangers as they run or bike by to join our #freefitness has become a common sound on the waterfront at 6:29AM.
#PRWednesday was less common, until this morning! We paved a beautiful route that really highlights our bridge city. Tribe members went speeding by traffic along both sides of the Hawthorne Bridge and it was EPIC. Cole was as sweaty as ever leading the dudes, and Jess – she’s so FAST – kept the ladies on pace.
Idk their times or laps because the tribe has no clue about the tracker. HEY! NP PDX, start recording your results so the world can see that Portland is on the NP map and WE ARE FAST! (PS that’s our bad, we know this might be the first time you’re hearing about that).
Down to business, we are on a mission to #recruiteveryone… and we mean EVERYONE! Your mom, your brother, your neighbor, your coworker, your bestie. Stop stepping over the person who has been sleeping on your stoop and BRING THEM TO NOVEMBER PROJECT!
Join us Monday July 31 at 6:29PM (that’s PM) at the Salmon Springs Fountain so we can infiltrate the city. Bring some tape (to hang fliers) and a few bucks for beer at the end. Can’t make it by 6:29? Let us know and we can meet you somewhere on the West Side.
November Project is whatever WE make it together, so let’s make it really effing great by sharing it with as many people as possible!
