You’re right… If Jen was here, we would never have done any tuck jumps. We also would not have had flashing beacons of light. Fun fact: Jen has a phobia for flashing pylons/buckets. She has never gone to Candy Cane Lane because of it.
I figured it’d be good practice to do the whole “Run to the Workout” idea. The best part about the entire thing, was that no one complained because you’re all professional problem solvers and managed to make it to the pin drop. We say we are #weatherproof and will show up no matter what the weather conditions. We are also #gateproof and will show up no matter how many gates are blocking our way. Fun Fact: #gateproof is the new #weatherproof
Judging by how everyone looked once we ended up in the light, it appears we did the workout in the muddiest part of the park. Also, if you were late, it was painfully obvious as you drove your way out of the park which no one else was able to enter since the gate didn’t open until 6am. Fun Fact: A few cars drove the wrong way down the one-way street to the workout this morning. Strike 2. Next strike and you will have to donate your car to the geese that live in Hawrelak Park.
That’s all for today folks.
Since we have all had practice with running to the workout, Wednesday is the REAL DEAL! All that work today is going to pay off on Wednesday when you run to the Royal Glenora Stairs!
See you there!
Find the Good,
Nadim
