San Francisco, CA

November Project San Francisco (NPSF) was started by former Division I track star Laura McCloskey in 2013. Over the last decade (yeah you read that right), we’ve had lots of co-leaders including Dan Clayton, Paddy O’Leary, Josh Zipin, Ali Fauci, Collin Evans, Tony DiPasquale, Andrew Sweeney, Shadul Golwalker, and Alejandra Monroy..

Currently Kaylee Hill and Bill Keuth are holding it down as the city leads, alongside their expansive team of Captains. All together they have delivered more than 1,000 FREE workouts to the Bay Area over the past 10+ years, and they don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

Now, stop thinking and get to the workouts!

Free Fitness. Free Laughing. Free hugs (or high-fives). Workouts every week, 6:29 AM

-Tuesday @6:29am – Kezar Stadium (track workout)

-Wednesday @ 6:29AM – Mission Dolores Park (bodyweight workout)

-Friday @ 6:29AM – rotating locations around SF (check Heylo or @novemberprojectsf on Instagram for the latest location)

And here are your fearless Co-Leaders in an order that might surprise you:

Kaylee Hill

On Wednesdays, we do lunges (and other fun exercises).  Kaylee attended college in Boston (didn’t do NP there though) but did run the BAA half marathon in 2016. Kaylee came to her first workout in 2019. Originally from LA, when Kaylee’s not running to catch the bus, you can find her taking a nap on her couch. She says her last name is purely coincidental to her love of NPSF’s Friday Hills workouts, but the jury is still out. She’s best known for making everyone do yoga at workouts, organizing an annual Pasta party before Bay to Breakers race and bringing the best themes to our workouts.

Bill Keuth

Fun fact: Bill resisted going to his first NP workout for well over a year (in his defense, the workouts started at 6am and Chicago winters are vv cold) In November 2019, he finally caved after accepting a ride in the morning from former NP Chi co-leader Andy Watt (possibly the kindest human Bill has ever met in his life). Immediately on arrival, Bill knew he had found the community he was looking for and wondered what the hell took him so long to just show up in the first place.

Fast forward a couple years and Bill felt the need for large scale change in his life. Him, his partner, and their cat packed up all their worldly possessions and drove out west in search of something new. Much to his delight, the fine folks at November Project San Francisco were there to welcome him with open arms. In the time since his move, the community at NPSF has brought an abundance of fun, friendship, and fitness to his life. In the classic spirit of SF, Bill wanted to pitch in and give back to those who had supported him when he was the new kid in town by accepting a co-lead position in March 2023. If you catch Bill out in the wild, he’ll be sure to greet you with a warm “Howdy friend!”.

Are you out of business, just taking a break, or what? I need an answer immediately or I have to remove you from my book because it’s going to print soon.
