Then and Now – PHL

One year ago this very week, November Project Philadelphia started it’s pledge process.  We had eight lovely faces in attendance and no idea what the future held! Would these eight people keep coming back? Would more folks just show up?  Would we join the group of seven and become an official tribe?

By now y’all know that the answer to all of these questions is a resounding YES!  And it is not simply by number of bodies that we have grown over the last year.  The community at NP_PHL has grown in greater ways than can be captured with words on a blog, so we’ll leave it to you to measure – by continuing to be your unique selves, by showing up at the workouts week in and out and by spreading love (the NP way) throughout this fine city and beyond.

Our workout this morning consisted of 3 decks the usual way – with an even and odd twist to get the tribe running with those they may not already have interacted with – odd numbered card, grab and odd number of people and run around the Art Museum, even numbered card, grab and even number of mates and race down and back up the Art Museum Steps.

We sweat, we hugged, we couldn’t see each other at all when we arrived.. but at the end it sure was nice to see all of your smiling faces.  Have an amazing day.

See y’all at The Skate Park on Friday – same time as always – 6:25 a.m.
