The Daisy Dell (LAX)


Don’t worry we won’t be waiting in your closet tonight to scream “Hot Zone” to unleash a total horror movie chase sequence only to make you do 3 burpees. Though maybe after this morning burpees will be in you dreams, or nightmares.

For those of you who missed out on our Hot Zone during the Daisy Dell workout, I’ll have you know that this was really just an excuse to play cat and mouse and to maybe give a tribe member a helping hand by giving them the gift of a burpee when the so called “Hot Zone” was announced.

On top of that we incorporated the Daisy Dell workout, which entails 20 reps of a certain exercise after completing a section. Push-ups, leg raises, burpees, squat jumps and mountain climbers. In other words exhausting.

And to add more madness into the mix we threw in a Mad Dash to the top of the Bowl. If there is any tribe this Wednesday that could claim their humpday it would be you LA!  You all defeated the bowl today and earned your hump… or Milkshake. My. Milk. Shake. Brings. All. The. Boys. To. The. Yard.

Go out there and do good LA!



FRIDAY– Our 2/4 Friday workout at Echo Park Lake, 6:27am. Meet by the statue. Rumor has it there will be rain. Bring a friend!

FOR NOW ON WE WILL BE MEETING IN THE ACTUAL BOWL STADIUM! Don’t worry we will still start at the same time!
