Spring (and Jeanie) Fever (NYC)

I know we’re #weatherproof, but today was not a day that was too difficult to get out there. 60’s and sunny, Yes Please! NYC was out in full force and the vibe was Strong.  5:28am and 6:28am in full force. The Tribe is Strong.

Speaking of Strong–this weekend is the Boston Marathon.  We have a few Tribers who are #BostonStrong including Carol (see below).

The secret to running a great Boston Marathon is doing 100 push-ups and sit-ups five days before race day.

Workout: 35-40 mins of Reverse Mansions. 4 GOOD! MORNING! MR.! MAYOR! burpees every time you passed Gracie Mansion. 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups had to be done at anytime during the workout.

It was also Jeannie’s Birthday! And she recruited the most people to the workout–7.5 people (one person was pregnant).  See featured photo.

Have a great week!

Special guest, Chris McDougall, was in the house. We even got massively photo-bombed.
