November Project’s presence in the beautiful Pacific Northwest is strong and has been centered around the Seattle tribe since August of 2015. The folks in charge, Brian Fisher and Jess Lyons, are leading a squad of dialed in free fitness enthusiasts that care about three things:

1. Amazing coffee
2. Fierce Workouts
3. Hips-in hugs

Do you want to see what the hype is all about?

You can join these yahoos every Wednesday, 6:29am at Gas Works Park and every Friday, 6:29am at rotating locations around the city. Check the link in their Instagram bio for an update on this Friday’s location.

Who’s in charge, you ask?  Just look for these two… sweating, high fiving, hugging, or doing all three at once.

Hello! I’m doing a story with Seattle Refined on the November Project and I’d love to snag some photos and get some questions answered.

This is great. Working out and bonding as a group at the same time. Wish y’all did this on weekends though. Good day. -ES from Adult family homes Seattle
