Pain Train (PHL)

Friday morning’s workout was quite possibly the most taxing in recent history.  It was simple, straightforward and really, really fucking hard.  The first 30 minutes we split into pace groups of 10-15 people and did Indiana Jones runs from the front to back on Lemon Hill.  We followed this with a 5 minute rest and finished the workout with 5 minutes of burpees.  40 minutes. That’s all. Weekend earned.

I was completely honored and humbled (and surprised) to receive the #HardHat from Julianne.  When this award was conceived over two years ago, I could never imagine where this Tribe would go.  The growth, miles logged and friendships is nothing short of incredible.  Thank you all for creating a place which makes Wednesday and Friday mornings the best part of my week…
