Oh Hello 2015 (PHL)

This morning was cold, dark and undeniably fun.  Our first workout of 2015 brought us to Lemon Hill for a date with the front section of the hill with burpee spice sprinkled on top (no literally, we did burpees on top of the hill).  We warmed up with standard gym class jumping jacks and hugs and finished with an out and back race on the hill.  Temperatures didn’t climb much above freezing but the Tribe’s glow provided sufficient warmth.  Thank you all for showing up and sharing in the early hours of 2015 with us.

As we roll into the new year, let’s continue to push the boundaries.  Let’s continue to show up, hug stronger, push ourselves harder and have more fun.  Let’s set and reach for personal and athletic goals.  Want to meet new people?  Make it happen.  Want to run your first 5k?  Sign up.  Want to eat an entire wheel of cheese?  Okay…that could be challenging.  But one thing is certain, our group is pretty badass and if you want a positive, supportive, athletic, genuine, funny cast of characters pushing, lifting and willing you toward your goals, you can find it every Wednesday and Friday at 6:25 AM.  Have a great weekend!
