The Monday Blues – def. (n.) an ecstatic feeling relating to a ‘runner’s high’ stemming from social interaction and a badass workout with 100+ individuals sharing positivity, smiles, hugs, etc.
Here at NPDC, we’re changing worlds and words. Mondays don’t suck anymore. If you’re reading this and you haven’t joined us, you don’t understand what we’re talking about. There’s one way to remedy that: JUST. SHOW. UP. Change things up, put the lime in the coconut and mix it all up. Why would you voluntarily choose a boring and slow Monday when you can have an upbeat and happy one instead? If you have joined us, then thank you for making this what it is. Cool people doing cool shit. It’s good to be back. Much thanks to #CanOfChuzi for more than holding down the fort. They escalated the positivity by at least 20 notches. Onward DC.
