Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good! (YEG)

Every now and then, I commit to doing something before thinking about it. Sometimes, they work out really well. I agreed to lead November Project and it has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. Other times, they are terrible, terrible mistakes. Last nite, I thought I would challenge Jen to see who could have crazier hair in the morning. When I woke up, I realized I needed a toque and this wasn’t going to go as planned. Anyway, I used WAY too much hair gel pre-workout. I’m not sure how this is happening, but I’m tasting Dippity Do in everything I eat or drink right now. I may or may not be sick later. I also thought it would be a great idea to tell my favourite “stylist to the stars” how I used Dippity Do, and she walked away in disgust.

In honour of being in front of a Hair, Esthetics and Fashion school, the workouts were named after the most stylish haircuts I gave myself in my 20s. Mental note: Track down old photos of yourself in these haircuts for the next time we do this.

Also, if you lost your car keys and are still at the college, they’re in the café across the street. I’m developing a bad habit of leaving people behind at the workout.

As you continue on with your day, you already completed the Look Good part (I judged all of you this morning). You’re gonna Feel Good also after all those countdowns. The only thing left is for you to Do Good. We’ll leave that up to you to do on your own.

Wednesday is 28:19 Day at the RG Stairs. It will be fast, it will be furious, you might do 7 loops, but no, Min Diesel won’t be there.
