Let’s break 200 in Edmonton

Wow. It is dark out. I’m pretty sure I can’t see anything anymore. I don’t even know how I didn’t run into more people. I’m a little glad that it’s getting darker. You are all more beautiful in the dark. I’m just kidding. You’re just as beautiful in the dark as you are in the light. I was really hoping to have today’s workout at an Apple store, but I couldn’t find one that was on a hill. It would have been fun to see the struggle of the people waiting in line… “I really want to do this.. but I don’t want to lose my place in line!” I definitely would have stolen their spot.

For the rest of 2014, we are trying to have 3014 people doing the same workout across North America. When was the last time you did a workout with 3014 people across two countries? Well, it will happen! This year! By my count (I didn’t actually count today), we did not hit our goal. In Edmonton, we need to get 200 people out to a Wednesday workout. That’s 200 people at Commonwealth Stadium. That’s not so bad. We’ve actually done more than that already. It’s not even that hard to do. Here’s how we are going to do it. If everyone of you brought one person with you, then we would be over 300. This is Sparta. I get distracted easily. How’s my grammar? To recap, Wednesday, Commonwealth Stadium, Bring a friend. 200+

Before Wednesday, comes Monday. We will be continuing our education month at the big clock on Macewan campus. This is going to be big. Let’s wake up the people in rez. And by wake up, I mean we will be the break between their party and their first class.

Before Monday, comes the weekend. Enjoy it. You earned it.
