… went up no hill, because it is not Friday. It is Monday, I think. Today, was a true Destination Deck. Park (or not), run to the workout location, do a deck, and then run back.
We added the twist of Deck Wars, War Deck, Deck of War, War of Deck. And then we added an actual twist of the spin move. If you’re head isn’t spinning yet, you’re not doing it right. I’m fairly certain that we did about 5,000 pushups and situps. We should all feel pretty good about that. Keep your chin up today, since your arms will likely feel like dead weight.
