Going Postal (NYC)

What or who do you think of when you read this mantra:

“Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.”

Yes, November Project. Obvi, but who would you think of next? That’s right–the United States Postal Office. The Tribe is #weatherproof!  The mailman/woman is #weatherproof!

Today we met at the The James A. Farley Post Building which is the main post office building in NYC.  We hugged. We bounced. We got to work.

You hop, we you, you hop!

Workout: Stairs, stairs, and more stairs.  25 minutes. The Tribe crushed quick feet, bunnyhops, and sprints up the stairs while tapping the columns at the top.  10 Burpees happened between each stair set. Oh yes, shit happened.  Snow started early on in the #freefitness session. We’re #weatherproof.

That Pete Kruse is so fast! The camera can’t even handle him right now!

We also had a quick send off to one of our Brooklyn Strong people–Christina Musso.  Christina will be heading out to SF to steal all the NP_SF secrets for us.  She might also have a new job out there, but we doubt it. Christina, thank you for being you and always bringing it. BROOKLYN, WE GO HARD.

MUSSO, SHE GOES HARD!

See you next Wednesday at Gracie Mansion (E. 86th St & East River). 5:28a.m. and 6:28a.m. will be in full effect. And yes, we are still jazzed about this past Wednesday‘s workout with the news crew
