Frosty Finish (YEG)🥶🏁

I don’t think there is anything more fitting for a November Project Canada workout than hosting the Family Day Sunrise 6K in -30 degree weather. Not only did our community get out of their warm, cozy beds on a holiday, but they raced, got frosty, and earned a coveted -30 #weatherproof badge. #BOOM 💥

This community never ceases to amaze me – that so many of you would choose to #justshowup today was incredible. That you all stayed to cheer on each runner, in spite of the frigid temperatures, speaks volumes about the family we’ve become.

November Project is truly another family to me. I feel privileged to share 3 mornings a week with you. That time is precious and a non-negotiable commitment that I have made. It’s a gift of fitness and community that I give myself that anchors me for the week. It is also an opportunity for me to share time and community with you.

Our time is valuable. It is limited and there are many demands for it. I am grateful to each one of you who chooses to give your time to build this community. One of the quotes I hold close, gifted to me by a friend early in my teaching career, is:

You have to fuel your dreams. Align yourself with people who are going to believe in them as strongly as you do.

Thank you for believing in this November Project family! Happy Family Day! See you Wednesday!
