Counting 1-2-3

I’m going to claim that this is so late because I was busy negotiating to get Beyonce to #justshowup next Wednesday. Apparently you can’t do burpees in heels, although I’m pretty sure BG would take that as a challenge. But, we’ll still have the album to listen to whilst we burpee (thanks Krizka).



Counting 1-2-3! Burpees, mountain climbers and stair sprints. How many burpees and mountain climbers? So many! This was a no-holds-barred, balls-to-the-wall kind of workout, but you all pushed through and OH MY GOD SO MANY BURPEES. You owned Wednesday, you probably owned yesterday, and you’ll probably own today as well. Go get that weekend!
