Charm City has treated all of us well: crab legs, Natty Bohs, inner harbor tourist madness, and all. And every single week, we take over Federal Hill/Rash Field without fail; blasting some jams (can’t go without some Bey in the morning) and encouraging passerbys to be spontaneous and join us. And taking all humor and witty comments aside: the Baltimore tribe stepped up today and gave back.
With #bmore_giving this week, the tribe wanted to donate and give back to the Baltimore community we love through Beans and Bread: a resource program for the homeless and hungry in Baltimore. Services are client-centered and focused in four core areas: housing, health, employment, and recovery. And the tribe did not take this week lightly. There were boxes and overflowing bags of new socks, toiletries, and clothing to support the men and women in Baltimore. Cassie, an #NP_BAL tribesmember who works at Beans and Bread, was overjoyed when she saw the sheer amount of donations, comparing it to Christmas! So thank you all for your support and generosity.
And this week did not lack in sweaty faces either. There were many sprints and stations to be had. We here in Bmore really enjoy our stations marked by sweet-talking cones: burpees, mountain climbers, stairs, hoisties, and box jumps. We even got a #verbal from a intrigued stranger (now known to be named Maurice) for next Wednesday’s workout. It was a good day with the captain’s bell.
- Invite 5 friends to the inagural #bmore_Bmore race May 31st! We have a lot of sweet partners on this thing and you definitely don’t want to miss out.
- Get ready….#bmore_evasive is next week.

You’re all rockstars.
