Baltimore, MD

November Project Baltimore was founded in January of 2014 with the mission of bringing free fitness opportunities to anyone who could get themselves to our workouts. Our workouts are always free and we strive to make them as inclusive as possible so that no matter who you are we have a workout for you,  and plenty of positivity to go along with it. Every Wednesday and Friday a community is waiting for you; waiting to hug you, sweat with you, and run with you. We promise we’ll send you back into the world pumped to join us the next week. Just show up and learn about our epic sunrises, our kind members,  our tough workouts and why Baltimore is a place to be appreciated. No  need to signup and no money needed…#justshowup.

WEDNESDAYS: Federal Hill/Rash Field Park @ 5:30 & 6:30AM Parking is available on Key Highway next to the hill. Check Facebook or Instagram for specific location details.

FRIDAYS: Patterson Park, corner of E Baltimore St. & S. Linwood Ave @ 6:30AM. During the summer we meet in Patterson Park but in the Central Pavilion. #hillsforbreakfast

    1. Hi, we don’t sell shirts but “Tag” our own on designated days in each city. Talk with your local leaders about when that happens so you get your own gear tagged!

  1. Hello,

I am the director of marketing with Major League Lacrosse. We will be hosting our All-Star Game July 27th in Annapolis. (The second time the All-Star Game has ever come to Maryland) I have a good friend who has worked out with November Project in Baltimore and has raved about the group. I wanted to offer a deeply discounted ticket to everyone in the group, should anyone be interested in coming! Is there a best email address to send the ticket offer and discount code to, so that the offer may be shared?

    Thank you,
    Carrie
