November Project Baltimore was founded in January of 2014 with the mission of bringing free fitness opportunities to anyone who could get themselves to our workouts. Our workouts are always free and we strive to make them as inclusive as possible so that no matter who you are we have a workout for you, and plenty of positivity to go along with it. Every Wednesday and Friday a community is waiting for you; waiting to hug you, sweat with you, and run with you. We promise we’ll send you back into the world pumped to join us the next week. Just show up and learn about our epic sunrises, our kind members, our tough workouts and why Baltimore is a place to be appreciated. No need to signup and no money needed…#justshowup.
WEDNESDAYS: Druid Hill Park, behind the tennis courts @ 6:30am. Check Facebook or Instagram for specific location details and changes.
FRIDAYS: Patterson Park, corner of E Baltimore St. & S. Linwood Ave @ 6:30AM. During the summer we meet in Patterson Park but in the Central Pavilion. #hillsforbreakfast
And if you show up looking for one of the three Co-Leaders, you can aim to find these people; Gail Betz, you can call her Gail and Kayode (Kaye for short!) and Lizzie “Coach Harkies” Harkins.
