We at NPSF want to wish you the happiest of holidays, and now that that’s out of the way, we want you to drop and give us a million burpees. Ok fine, not a million, but the point we’d like to get across here is that NPSF is ready to whip your ass into shape. 2015 is right around the corner, and we know you’d like for it to be your fittest year on record. We can help with that. Here’s what we propose:

In 2015 we will be holding 156 workouts. That’s 3 a week, every week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, at 6:30am. Not to mention special events. Oh, and stay tuned for an update regarding early sessions. Chances are, if you’re ready to start working out at 5:30am, one of your leaders will be right there with you grinding it out. SO! No excuses. Verbal up for the entire year. How many workouts would you like to hit in 2015?


This morning your leaders were back, and the transition was seamless due to the heroic efforts of Ben Dickens and Josh Makaron. We took the troops down to the Festival Pavilion pier and pounded out another kick-ass tabata-style workout. 5 minutes, 5 exercises, one long sprint, repeat 4 times.
